The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Philip Hammond will be delivering the Spring Statement on Wednesday 13 March 2018 and experts from our member firm MHA MacIntyre Hudson will be on hand to carefully explore the detail, analyse the significance of any proposed changes, consider the potential effects and will also provide specific advice regarding tax planning and mitigation solutions.

Patrick King, Tax Partner
Patrick is Head of Tax at MHA MacIntyre Hudson and leads a team of specialists to ensure clients have access to the very best in tax compliance services and tax mitigation solutions. Patrick’s own specialisms are capital tax planning for individuals, corporate restructuring, remuneration planning and profit extraction/repatriation. He also advises clients on the tax implications of buying and selling their business.
William Richmond-Coggan, Partner at Pitmans Law
As Pitmans Law’s GDPR specialist, Will is managing Pitmans approach to achieve GDPR compliance, whilst working with key corporate clients to support them. Will also specialises in reputation and media disputes, defamation and cybersecurity. He is a qualified barrister and solicitor advocate, Chair of the Solicitors Association of Higher Court Advocates and a regular speaker and Chair of Events in connection with data protection and GDPR.
Chris Harris, Partner
Chris is an advisory Partner at MHA MacIntyre Hudson, with 25 years experience as a Finance Director in public services and charities. He provides advice on a wide range of strategic and financial management issues including governance and systems reviews. He is leading on GDPR implementation and management support.
